Richard D. Roberts, PhD is the Chief Advisor for Vital Analytics, and is currently Vice President and Director of the Center for Innovative Assessments, ProExam, New York. His main areas of specialization are psychological and educational assessment, with a special emphasis on developing and researching innovative item types for the measurement of both cognitive and noncognitive factors. Rich has over 150 publications on these topics.
